- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pickles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a bowl, mix cheddar cheese soup, milk, ketchup, and mustard.
- Combine cooked macaroni, beef mixture, and soup mixture in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with diced pickles before serving if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
- Add cooked bacon for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
