Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 12 slider buns
- 12 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup diced onions
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Form the mixture into 12 small patties.
- Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Add a slice of cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the slider buns on the grill or skillet.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun.
- Add ketchup, mustard, and onions as desired.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For a spicy kick, add jalapeños.
- Use turkey or plant-based meat for a healthier option.
