Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Form the mixture into 12 small patties.
  4. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Add a slice of cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  6. Toast the slider buns on the grill or skillet.
  7. Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun.
  8. Add ketchup, mustard, and onions as desired.
