This cheesecake is filled with chocolate-covered strawberries for a rich and delightful dessert.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Pour half the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Layer halved strawberries on top.
- Pour remaining cream cheese mixture over the strawberries.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until set.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil and dip strawberries for topping.
- Once set, place chocolate-covered strawberries on top of the cheesecake.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
- Chill thoroughly for best texture.
- Can substitute with other fruits if desired.
