Ingredients

- 2 cups riced cauliflower
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 slices low-carb bread
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Mix cauliflower, cheddar cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into two patties and place them in the skillet.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove patties and set aside.
- Butter the low-carb bread slices and place them in the skillet.
- Add a cauliflower patty between the bread slices and cook until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh cauliflower for best results.
- Experiment with different cheeses for variety.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
