- 4 cups frozen hashbrowns
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, hashbrowns, and cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the wet mixture over the chicken and hashbrowns, stirring to coat evenly.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use thawed hashbrowns for quicker cooking.
- Add diced bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
