Description
Cheesy chicken lasagna roll ups are a fun twist on traditional lasagna. Tender pasta sheets are rolled with a creamy chicken and cheese filling, then baked in marinara sauce.

- 8 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and lay flat.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread filling evenly over each noodle.
- Roll up noodles tightly and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over roll ups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
