A delicious and easy-to-make chicken parmesan bake topped with melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and brown chicken for 3 minutes per side.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and top with marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the chicken.
- Mix breadcrumbs with dried basil and sprinkle over the cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh mozzarella for better melting.
- Add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
- Serve with pasta or a side salad.
