- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add shredded chicken, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Place a tortilla in the pan and spread half the cheese over it.
- Add the chicken mixture evenly on top, then sprinkle the remaining cheese.
- Cover with the second tortilla and press lightly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Slice into wedges and serve hot.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add jalapeños for extra spice.
- Serve with sour cream or salsa.
