Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add shredded chicken, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface, add chicken mixture and cheese in the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly.
- Repeat for all tortillas.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly toast each stuffed tortilla for 2 minutes per side.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
- Add jalapeños for extra spice.
