- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 small flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken until fully done (about 6-8 minutes per side).
- Shred the cooked chicken and mix with half the cheese.
- Place tortillas on a baking sheet, divide chicken mixture between them, and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Fold tortillas in half and serve warm.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for a quicker version.
- Add diced tomatoes or jalapeños for extra flavor.
- Serve with sour cream or salsa if desired.
