Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is fully done.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in half the cheese.
  4. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spread a spoonful of sour cream if using.
  5. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
  8. Heat a clean pan over medium heat and lightly toast the wraps for 1-2 minutes per side.
  9. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
