Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is fully done.
- Remove from heat and stir in half the cheese.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spread a spoonful of sour cream if using.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
- Heat a clean pan over medium heat and lightly toast the wraps for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked chicken to save time.
- Swap cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack for variation.
- Add sliced bell peppers or spinach for extra veggies.
