- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 flour tortillas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook chicken in a pan until fully done, then shred.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken back to the pan and mix with garlic.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface, add chicken and cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, then cook in a pan until crispy.
- Slice and serve hot with chopped parsley.
