Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
  7. Add salt, pepper, and paprika.
  8. Cook until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  10. Combine sauce with cooked pasta.
  11. Transfer to a baking dish and top with parmesan cheese.
  12. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
