Description
A creamy and cheesy pasta bake that combines the flavors of spinach dip with tender chicken and pasta, topped with a golden cheese crust.

- 12 ounces rotini pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, thawed spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the chicken and spinach mixture, stirring until the pasta is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some red pepper flakes or chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the mixture.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking. Just increase the baking time by a few minutes if baking from cold.
