- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in milk and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked pasta. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
