Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend oats in a food processor until fine.
  2. Add chia seeds, cocoa powder, and salt. Pulse to combine.
  3. Mix in almond butter, honey, and vanilla until a dough forms.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Roll into 1-inch balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
