Description
A comforting chicken noodle soup inspired by Chick-fil-A.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 cup egg noodles
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
- Add the carrots and celery. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add shredded chicken, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add egg noodles and cook until tender, about 8 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- Adjust seasoning based on your taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
