Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the chicken on both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and arrange lemon slices and fresh herbs on top.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
