Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked fettuccine and chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
