- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 brioche buns
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
- Stir in shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Season with salt and pepper, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Toast the brioche buns lightly.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto the buns.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Serve warm.
