- 3/4 cup milk

Instructions
- Mix pancake mix, milk, and egg in a bowl until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Pour the batter into the pan to form a pancake.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip.
- Add shredded chicken and mushrooms on top.
- Fold the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
