- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and reduce the heat to low.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
