- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and rosemary.
- Add chicken thighs and potatoes to the bowl. Toss to coat.
- Place chicken and potatoes in a baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot.
