- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10 seconds.
- Layer chicken, avocado, ranch dressing, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese on each tortilla.
- Fold sides inward and roll tightly to form burritos.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
