Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups bread cubes (for croutons)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through. Slice into strips.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
- Add sliced chicken and drizzle with Caesar dressing. Toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use day-old bread for better croutons.
- Store leftover dressing separately to keep salad fresh.
