Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups bread cubes (for croutons)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through. Slice into strips.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
  4. Add sliced chicken and drizzle with Caesar dressing. Toss gently to coat.
  5. Serve immediately.
