Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chicken, broccoli, carrots, soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooked rice and half of the cheese. Stir to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
