- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cooked rice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken, broccoli, carrots, soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked rice and half of the cheese. Stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables as desired.
- Use leftover chicken for a quicker prep time.
- This dish can be made ahead and frozen.
