- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, rice, soup, vegetables, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
