A twist on the classic Chicken Cordon Bleu, this stromboli combines chicken, ham, and cheese in a rolled bread for a delicious meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup ham, diced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle.
- Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the dough.
- Layer chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese on top.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.

- Use pre-cooked chicken for convenience.
- Substitute Swiss cheese with mozzarella if preferred.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
