- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cranberries, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer spinach leaves on top of the mixture.
- Tightly roll each tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier spreading.
- For extra flavor, add a dash of cayenne pepper.
- Substitute turkey for chicken if preferred.
