- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
- Stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy garlic sauce. Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
