Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, onion, and garlic.
- Sprinkle paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix well.
- Serve warm.
