  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  5. In a saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  6. Add quinoa and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Steam broccoli for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Serve chicken with quinoa and steamed broccoli.
