Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets (about 200g each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken fillets with salt and black pepper, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and dried parsley. Stir well until the sauce thickens.
  5. Return chicken to the pan and simmer in the sauce for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with pasta or vegetables.
