- 2 chicken fillets (about 200g each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken fillets with salt and black pepper, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and dried parsley. Stir well until the sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer in the sauce for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot with pasta or vegetables.

- Adjust red pepper flakes to control spiciness.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for better flavor.
- Let the chicken rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
