Description
A simple chicken fried rice recipe that you can make at home.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup diced chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until brown.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Push chicken and vegetables to the side, pour in the beaten eggs and scramble.
- Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in chopped green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use leftover rice for better texture.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Add more vegetables if desired.
