Description

A simple chicken fried rice recipe that you can make at home.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until brown.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Push chicken and vegetables to the side, pour in the beaten eggs and scramble.
  5. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Stir in chopped green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.

  • Use leftover rice for better texture.
  • Adjust soy sauce to taste.
