- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight in the refrigerator).
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables.
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has a golden color.
- Remove from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
