  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight in the refrigerator).
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables.
  5. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has a golden color.
