  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, parsley, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  2. Shape the mixture into small oval or round patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the kofta for 4-5 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  4. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, grated garlic, lemon juice, and salt to make the sauce.
