Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and flour.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Brown chicken on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each side.
  4. Place chicken in the crockpot.
  5. Add mushrooms, garlic, marsala wine, and chicken broth.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
