Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breast with the mixture.
  4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
  5. Add broccoli around the chicken.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked.
  7. Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
  8. Divide chicken, broccoli, and rice into meal prep containers.
