Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
- Add the onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
- Stir in the garlic and thyme. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add the shredded chicken and bring to a simmer.
- Add the egg noodles and cook until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
