- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups egg noodles

- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
- Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and thyme.
- Add the egg noodles and cook until noodles are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
