- 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add diced chicken to the pan. Cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in pesto and cooked pasta. Mix well to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
