Ingredients

  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine the biscuit mix and cheese.
  5. Spread the biscuit mixture over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Notes

  • Feel free to use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
