- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine the biscuit mix and cheese.
- Spread the biscuit mixture over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Notes
- Feel free to use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- You can substitute any vegetables you prefer.
- For a thicker sauce, reduce the amount of milk.
