A refreshing and easy chicken salad with sweet grapes, perfect for a light lunch or picnic.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, grapes, and celery.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Fold in walnuts if using.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- Substitute almonds for walnuts if preferred.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
