Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 clove garlic, minced (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (for sauce)
- Salt to taste (for sauce)
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- For the sauce, mix yogurt, tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
- Serve sliced chicken with the creamy garlic sauce.
