Crispy and delicious chicken taquitos made in the air fryer for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 10 small corn tortillas
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Heat the corn tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds to make them pliable.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto one side of each tortilla. Roll it tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Place the rolled taquitos seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes or until the taquitos are crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
