A simple and delicious chicken tenderloin recipe that is easy to prepare.

- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken tenderloin in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated tenderloins on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the tenderloins.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can serve with dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
