  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken tenderloin in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated tenderloins on a baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the tenderloins.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  8. Serve hot.
