Crispy and juicy chicken tenders made effortlessly in the air fryer.

- 1 lb chicken breasts (cut into strips)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup bread crumbs (preferably panko for extra crispiness)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- as needed cooking spray (for greasing the air fryer basket)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the bread crumbs.
- Dredge each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then dip into the eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs.
- Place the breaded chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in your favorite spices or sauces before breading.
