Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- Add chopped onion, minced garlic, thyme, and chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Check for doneness and serve hot.
