Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • tortilla strips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Add the chicken, broth, black beans, tomatoes, corn, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with cilantro and tortilla strips.
