- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
